Krystal specializes in therapeutic services for children, teens, college-aged students, and families. She also specializes in Christian, faith-based counseling. She utilizes traditional “talk” psychotherapy, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, depending on the client and their development stage and preferences. Play therapy uses the child’s natural language of play to help children express and explore their feelings, working through issues and learning ways to cope.
